Roles & Responsibilities

Serves as both a senior instructor and the primary business administrator, balancing the technical and commercial needs of the Dojang. He oversees the school's technical standards and serves as the organization's strategic leader. The Head of School designs the entire pedagogical framework and ensures the long-term growth and ethical integrity of the Dojang.

Master Jung is the only son and heir of the late, great, founder and father of T&T Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido, Grandmaster Jin Young Jung.

Stokely Clarke

Roles & Responsibilities

Serves as the principal technical leader, responsible for curriculum development, high-level instruction, mentoring junior instructors, grading, disciplinary matters, and upholding the school's philosophy and safety standards.

Master Clarke is the longest serving and highest ranking student of the late, great founder and father of T&T Taekwondo & Hapkido, Grandmaster Jin Young Jung.

Colin Mofford

Roles & Responsibilities

Directs training, ensuring safe, high quality instruction while focusing on character development, technical proficiency, and mentorship. Duties include curriculum planning, enforcing school etiquette and discipline, conducting gradings, mentoring junior instructors and fostering a positive, safe Dojang environment.

Master Mofford has the distinct honour and privilege of being one of the first generations of Black Belts under Grandmaster Jung, starting his journey in the mid eighties. He is largely responsible for the development of Taekwondo in T&T, along with Grandmaster Jung and continues his legacy as National Coach.

Roles & Responsibilities

Directs training, ensuring safe, high-quality instruction while focusing on character development, technical proficiency, and mentorship. Master Julius is the younger brother of Master Stokely and is based in Miami, where he owns and operates his own successful Dojang, helping to carry on the powerful legacy left by Grandmaster Jung, while providing an overseas facility for local athletes and instructors to visit and/or train.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serves as a senior instructor and is a high-level leader responsible for curriculum design, teaching advanced classes, managing school operations, and mentoring junior instructors while ensuring the quality and safety of instruction.

Mr. Persad has been a dedicated, loyal servant of the Dojang and Taekwondo for many years, with a particular affinity for teaching children. He also teaches Taekwondo under the Dojang banner at the University of the West Indies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serves as a senior instructor and is a high-level leader responsible for curriculum design, teaching advanced classes, managing school operations, and mentoring junior instructors while ensuring the quality and safety of instruction.

Mr. Browne has been a vital member of the Dojang for many years and has continued to represent the Dojang and the country with distinction and pride at most of the major Taekwondo Championships across the globe.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serves as a junior instructor and acts as a vital bridge between senior instructors and students, focusing on supporting classroom structure, mentoring, and ensuring safety. Their primary role is to support the lead instructor while developing their own leadership and teaching skills.

Henri joined the Dojang at a very tender age and has progressed and matured into a very capable, dedicated and loyal black belt. He is currently furthering his academic studies at Barry University in Florida, but continues to contribute to the Dojang immeasurably whenever he returns to T&T.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serves as a junior instructor and acts as a vital bridge between senior instructors and students, focusing on supporting classroom structure, mentoring and ensuring safety. Their primary role is to support the lead instructor while developing their own leadership and teaching skills.

Johann joined the Dojang at a very tender age and has progressed and matured into a very capable, dedicated, and loyal black belt. Johann is one of our brightest and most promising athletes currently attending Hennepin Technical College in Minnesota, while continuing his training at The World Taekwondo Academy, he has serious and committed aspirations in representing T&T at the L.A. Olympics in 2028.

Jonathan joined the Dojang at a very tender age and has progressed and matured into a very capable, dedicated and loyal black belt. He continues to contribute immeasurably to preserving the amazing legacy left by Grandmaster Jung.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serves as a junior instructor and acts as a vital bridge between senior instructors and students, focusing on supporting classroom structure, mentoring, and ensuring safety. Their primary role is to support the lead instructor while developing their own leadership and teaching skills.

Kyle is the most recent addition to the Black Belt Order and consistently demonstrates his commitment, dedication and loyalty to the Dojang. He represents the future generation of Taekwondo and the Dojang, a future that is clearly in excellent hands.

Robert Payne Jr.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Dojang online presence, creating marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic and boost student attendance.

Mr. Payne is one of the Dojang's most supportive and loyal parents with over 30 years of criminal justice/law enforcement experience (TTPrS) and has single handedly revamped and re-energized our website and social media platforms with encouraging, insightful and profound content.
